Joan Harvey

Date of Death: January 1, 1900

Joan (nee Evans) Harvey, age 83, died peacefully at the home of her daughter, surrounded by her family on January 16, 2015.

Born on September 24, 1931 to the late Robert and Mary (Rafferty) Evans. Joan was one of 13 children.

She is survived by her loving daughter,Colleen Daveis and son, Tim (Cheryl) Harvey. Also survived by four granddaughters, Jenna, Katie, Allison and Caitlin, who were the highlight of her life. Two sisters and best friends, Gloria Hoesch and Irene Deaver, and her faithful and loyal feline companion, Poe.

She was predeceased by five brothers and five sisters and a son-in-law, Jack Davis.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation, Tuesday after 5 PM, followed by her Funeral Service at 7 PM in the Main Chapel of the D’Anjolell-Barone Memorial Home, 908 S. Providence Rd., Wallngford, PA 19086. Interment private.

Memorial contributions to the Elwyn Davidson School, 111 Elwyn Road, Media PA 19063 or a charity of donor’s choice.
