My grandpop was a man of few words, but he always made me feel special. I am the first-born grandchild and my favorite show as a kid was TJ Hooker. He would call me on the phone and tell me he was TJ Hooker all the time. From the time I was a teenager into early adulthood, he would give me a special gift of hard-earned cash every time I left his house--sometimes it was $5 and sometimes $20. I always felt so rich when he quietly handed me this gift at the end of my visits. He made me feel rich because I knew that what he gave me, he gave from his heart and because he wanted me to feel special.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Pop loved my daughters more than anything else in the entire world. Summers spent at "Camp Grandmom" mean more to me than anything else. I'll never forget him bringing snacks over to the pool in the summer. Green grapes and Goldfish crackers. I wouldn't trade father in laws with anyone. Miss you already.

Sending love & prayers to the entire family. We shared so many memories with your family as we were growing up! And, the unlimited Coca Cola! I'm still a Coke girl. Sending a great big "Reeves" hug to Joan. Love, The Reeves Kids, Johnny, Lynn, Cindi, Karen, and Michael
