Joseph, age 58, passed away December 3, 2024, of Belcamp, MD, formerly of Colwyn, PA.

He attended St. Clements, Salesianum High School, Penn State University, and Texas A&M University.

Joe was a mechanical engineer for the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center from 1989 until he retired in January 2023. He was a lifetime member of Darby Fire Company #2, an avid Philadelphia sports fan, and had a huge collection of movies, music, and collectibles.

He was predeceased by his father, Francis Breen.

Survived by his mother, Rose Marie (nee Baldino) Breen, his siblings, Francis (Donna), Michael (Glinda), James (Regina), Philip (Agnes), Rose Conte (Vincent), and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Relatives & friends are invited to the Visitation on Thursday, December 19^th 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM followed by his Memorial Service 11:00 AM in the Main Chapel at DAnjolell-Barone Memorial Home 908 S. Providence Rd., Wallingford, PA 19086.  Inurnment Private.
