Joseph “Joey” I. DiSantis of Secane, PA, beloved husband, father, brother, poppy, and friend died suddenly on Saturday, November 26, 2022. Born and raised in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia, son of the late Anthony and Lillian (Durso)DiSantis.

He attended St. Donato School and graduated from West Catholic High School in 1982.

Affectionately known as “Pizza Joe” or “Flipper”, Joey worked for several transportation companies throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Most recently he was a dedicated employee for Saia.

Joe loved the holidays, especially decorating and spending time with his family. His favorite places to visit were the casino, Wildwood Boardwalk, or anywhere with his grandkids. He was an avid Eagles fan.

Survived by his devoted wife of 38 years, Stephanie “Stacy” (Rothman). Adoring father of Brittany Angelucci and her husband David and Kristin Cherry and her husband Matthew. Cherished poppy of Lilliana Angelucci, Colton Cherry, and Nico Angelucci. Loving brother of Louis DiSantis and his wife Patricia and Anthony DiSantis. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of Joey’s life will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 at D’Anjolell Memorial Home, 2811 West Chester Pike in Broomall, PA. Visitation will be from 10 AM-12 PM followed by the service at 12 PM. Kindly feel free to wear any Eagles attire or Eagles Green.
