Happy to be back home in Southwest Philly, he looked forward to renovating his late grandparents’ house and spending time with his beloved daughter. In his own words, “I love my freedom. I love and miss my daughter.”Joe is survived by his loving and devoted mother Debra Rodak, father Robert Strickland, and precious daughter Gianna Rodak-Biafore.Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life on Saturday, May 6th at 5:00pm at the D’Anjolell-Barone Memorial Home, 908 S.
