Judith, “Judy” Campbell passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Judy was born and raised in the Philadelphia area but spent most of her life in Marcus Hook, a community she called home. She was known by many and loved by all who had the pleasure of crossing her path.
Judy was a dedicated and hardworking woman who spent many years working at Marcus Hook Pharmacy before serving as a crossing guard, always watching over the children in her community with care. In her downtime, she found joy in the simple pleasures, especially quality time spent with her daughters and grandchildren, creating countless memories. She loved sitting on her porch on warm days, enjoying the fresh air and the peacefulness. She liked going to stores, taking her time as she browsed. She often played cards: 500 rummy and solitaire were her favorites and spent hours working on word searches. She loved cooking meals for herself, her dog and others. She ended her day by relaxing in front of the TV watching all kinds of shows but especially enjoying episodes of Scooby-Doo. Whenever she could, she loved taking trips to the boardwalk soaking in the sights and sounds. Judy never missed a chance to have a good conversation and could talk for hours with anyone. Her animals held a special place in her heart – Precious, Roxy, Diva and Precious 2.0 (Luna) weren’t just pets, they were family. They brought her comfort, companionship and so much joy throughout the years.
Judy is survived by her loving daughters, Beth (John), Bernadette (Bob) and Donna (Mike); She was proud grandmother to Kristin (Nicole), Alexis, Katie, Ranae, Bobby (Sabrina), Justin, Christopher and Brianna. In addition, she was blessed with great-grandchildren, Bobby, Jayden, Alissa, Amado III, Jasmine, Audrey, Trinity, Israel, Josiah, Amoura, Stella, Ryan and Avery. All of whom brought her immeasurable joy. She is also survived by her beloved brother George (Rosemarie) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother Catherine and her father Joseph; her sisters Eleanor and Eileen; her brothers Milton and Billy and her two beloved grandsons, Frankie and Jacob. She will be deeply missed, forever remembered and always loved.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Sunday, March 8 from 11am – 1 pm at the D’anjolell-Stigale Memorial Home, 3260 Concord Rd, Aston, PA. Interment will be private.
