Kathleen A. “Kit” (nee Breen) of Broomall, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving and devoted family on May 24, 2023.

Kit was the daughter of the late Kathryn (nee Lonergan) and Augustine Breen. Sister of David Breen (Carmela) and the late Eileen Breen.

Survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Nick Quatrini, her son David Nugent and her daughter Jennifer (Tom) Davis and her grandchildren, Tommy, Ben and Kaylee. Kit was also the loving mother of the late Thomas Nugent.

Kit was a graduate of Archbishop Prendergast. She spent many years at home with her children and worked at First Pennsylvania Bank. After Kit retired, she spent many years caring for her grandchildren. Kit, her family, and friends made many happy memories at her home in Ocean City, NJ.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her Visitation on Tuesday, May 30^th from 9 – 9:45 AM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10AM at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall. Interment Private.

If we are really lucky in life we get to have super friends. I was very lucky and had the very best of friends. I’m not sure what I would have done without Kitzie’s love and support. We shared our friendship with another super person, Marianne Brower. Kit and Marianne were the kindest, funniest, most caring and treasured friends. Sadly, we all had some hard times to manage but we shared the sorrow which somehow made the pain a little easier. I will love you and miss you everyday. Thanks for the treasured memories. Give Marianne a hug from me!!!

I remember you being the most beautiful person. You were always so welcoming and friendly, even though there were a ton of us kids coming in at once. Your funny comments and amazing smile will stay with me forever. Sending thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace.

To know Kitzie was to love her. I will always remember her smiling face and her fun loving personality. She was a favorite among the Johnson family She willlive on in our memory. To Nick, Jennifer and family and David our love and sincere condolence.
