Kathleen Ann Valerio (nee Reisenwitz)

Kathleen Ann Valerio (nee Reisenwitz) of Aston, PA passed away on January 20, 2025 at the age of 66.

Known lovingly as “Aunt Kathie” to family and friends alike, Kathie was raised in Folcroft and spent many summers in North Wildwood. She was a member of Saint Gabriel’s Church in Norwood.

Kathie met the love of her life, Bill Valerio, while working at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard. The two were inseparable and went on countless adventures, including their proudest: being parents to Bill and Christina. She worked as an aide at Glenolden School and touched many students’ lives. Kathie became a Mom-Mom to Juliet in 2022 and was head over heels in love.

Kathie made lasting friendships and left an impact wherever she went. She had a gift for creating special moments from small gestures and was fiercely loyal to family and friends. She loved to cook, party all night, play her music loud, and enjoy life to the fullest with loved ones.

She is greatly missed by her children, Bill Valerio (Kate) and Christina Juhasz (Chris), granddaughter Juliet Valerio, beloved dog Kaia, siblings Christine Knight and Bill Reisenwitz (Erica), her “sisters” and in-laws in the Valerio family and their spouses, her many nieces and nephews and their children, and her entire extended family and friends

Relatives & friends are invited to her Visitation Saturday, February 8th 11:00 AM – 12:45 PM followed by her Life Celebration 1:00 PM in the Main Chapel at the DAnjolell-Barone Memorial Home 908 S. Providence Rd., Wallingford, PA 19086.  Inurnment Private.
