Marie Joanne Lynch Nangle

Marie Joanne Lynch Nangle, 79, of Boothwyn, Upper Chichester, PA, formerly of Holmes, Ridley Twp., died on January 15, 2007, at home.<br><br>Mrs. Nangle was born in Philadelphia. She was a resident of Holmes for 50 years before moving to her daughter’s home in Boothwyn. She also resided in Wildwood Crest, NJ.<br><br>She was a graduate of Cecilian Academy and St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing. She was director of nursing at Tri-County Hospital and head of nursing in the dialysis unit at the Veterans Hospital of Phila.<br><br>She was the widow of Joseph F. Nangle and the sister of the late Joseph Lynch.<br><br>She is survived by her sons, Joseph Nangle, Jr.Diane of West Grove, Michael Nangle Paula of Doylestown, Christopher Nangle Mary of Downingtown and Gerald Nangle Connieof Ridley Park; her daughters, Marie Haulihan Jim of Drexel Hill and Anne McKenna Joe of Boothwyn.<br><br>She is also survived by sisters-in-law, Margaret McEntee and Faye Lynch and brother-in-law, John Nangle, 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.<br><br>In lieu of flowers, contributions in Marie’s memory may be made to the Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol, Attn: Buddy Johnson, 6101 Pacific Ave., Wildwood Crest, NJ 08260. Their assistance with transportation allowed her to enjoy the beach. Donations also to St. Joseph Building Fund, 3255 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014 would also be appreciated.<br><br>
