Marlene was born in Philadelphia on June 28th, 1969, to Thomas and Lucille Parker. Growing up in Southwest Philadelphia she belonged to the Good Sheppard parish while attending West Catholic Highschool. From an early age Marlene was surrounded by many loving friends and family. Spending countless nights with girlfriends, hosting slumber parties, staying up late watching movies and spending many summers down the Wildwood shores. Wherever she went, Marlene was always the life of the party with a larger-than-life personality and an infectious laugh that could light up a room. The two most important days of her life came on September 26th, 1994, and February 1st, 1996, respectively when she welcomed her two beautiful boys Joey and Tommy into the world from that point on, Marlene devoted the rest of her life into caring for and raising her two sons. One of the greatest gifts motherhood gave her was to be able to welcome her granddaughter Novalynn Rae into the world February 2nd, 2020. Marlene was a caring, loyal person to all who knew her and will be missed deeply.
