BIOGRAPHY of MARY Y ROSSILLIO Born: Mary Yolanda Ettorre Died: Saturday, April 15,2006 Born in Philadelphia, PA Daughter of the Late Pasquale & Lucy Ettorre Wife of Michael Rossillio, Sr. Mother to Maria Ann, Michael, Jr, & Donna Jean Grandmother of 5 Great-grandmom of 6 Mary was a devout homemaker, mother & wife. She was also a proud grandmom & great grandmom. Loosing her own mother at a very young age forced a transistion from childhood to adulthood, which she willingly accepted on behalf of her father & siblings. When Mary married, her family and home became the center of her life. She would face life's many challenges & always sacrificed for her family & friends at the expense of her own needs or desires. In her last years Mary suffered from many health problems, but never wavered in her faith, which grew stronger as she grew weaker. She found comfort in the arms of the Blessed Mother as she would sit on the edge of her bed each night to pray. Her only regret was that her weakend condition would not allow her to kneel when she spoke to Jesus & HIS Mother. We can all learn from the example of this selfless, remarkable, wonderful woman who showed that a strong belief in her faith enabled her to endure the pain & suffering, knowing that someday she would be rewarded in heaven. Mary is no longer sufering. She is with God
