Michael J. Arcomone, of Chester, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2026.
Michael found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved hunting and camping, animals, going to the race track, enjoyed watching television, especially Westerns and Comedy shows, never passed up a good meal and could always be found with a toothpick in his mouth. A devoted sports fan, he was a loyal supporter of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State football. He also had a lifelong love of music and could often be found listening to Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and Kenny Rogers. These passions brought him great happiness throughout his life.
Michael was the beloved husband of the late Annina May Arcomone and the loving son of the late Michael and Catherine Arcomone, of Chester. He was the devoted father of Lisa (William) Ravert, Keith (Jane) Arcomone, Michael (Tina) Arcomone, Theresa (Terry) Arcomone, and Catherine (Cato) Arcomone.
He was the cherished grandfather of Will, Lauren, Mikey, Chris, Nina, Andrea, Taylor and great grandfather of Emmalin, Madison, McKenzie, Charlotte, Emerson, Liam, Sylas, Oliver, Copeland, Torren and August. Michael is also survived by his beloved sister, Catherine “Sissy” Arcomone, and was preceded in death by his brother, Francis Arcomone.
Above all, Michael will be remembered for his larger-than-life personality, his booming voice, his unmistakable sense of humor, and the generosity and kindness he showed, especially in his later years. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family and all who knew him.
