Nancy (Krill) Pcsolyar, 70, of Newtown Square, PA died Tuesday, December 23rd following a short illness.

Born in Belle Vernon, PA, Nancy was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sophia Krill. She was a longtime member of St. Herman of Alaska Orthodox Church located at 1855 Middletown Rd. in Glen Mills, PA. Nancy was an actively practicing registered dietitian for 48 years. She took great pride in her mission – to help her patients, family and friends live healthier, more fulfilling lives while instilling joy along the way.

She is survived by her husband, Alan; her children: Nika (John) Bitsko, Bel Air, MD; Joshua (Emma) Pcsolyar, Huntsville, AL; and Daniel (Kate) Pcsolyar, West Point, NY; five grandchildren: Anna & Matthew Bitsko and Sophia, Luke and Gabriel Pcsolyar; a sister, Kathy (Nouhad) Bassila, Katy, TX; brothers Timothy (Laurice) Krill, Sugarland, TX and Richard Krill, Spring, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will be received on Saturday, December 27th from 5:00 P.M. until the time of a Panikhida (Memorial Service) at 7:30 P.M. in the D’ANJOLELL MEMORIAL HOME, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA. The funeral service will be held at St. Herman of Alaska Orthodox Church on Sunday, December 28th at 4:00 P.M.

Private Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery, Belle Vernon, PA.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made, if desired, to the Nutritional Development Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia (https://nutritionaldevelopmentservices.org/).

I worked in the kitchen and then as a clerk in the Dietary Dept office at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ with Nancy. She was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I am sorry to learn of her passing. Much sympathy to Nancy's family and friends.

What a shock to hear of Nancy’s passing. Very very sad. I worked for Nancy at the Hunterdon Medical Center - in the early 80’s. We blended together so well & I am smiling thinking of her and those days at HMC. Christmas cards exchanges & an occasional call over these next 40 years…. I will miss her…

Condolences to the family. I met Nancy at Hunterdon in the early 80’s. We kept in touch through Christmas cards. She was a very special person, so kind, so devoted to her family and her faith. May she rest in eternal peace.

She was a friend, confidant, mentor, colleague. Her qualities were many; curious, loyal, supportive, soulful, appreciative, kind, giving and caring. She will be remembered with love.

Nancy’s beautiful and kind ways are, and always will be, part of the memory I hold dearest of her. We started our professional lives together at HMC and have kept in touch ever since. Her light will continue to shine in my heart. I love her so.

Nancy was a dear friend I met at Ellis Athletic Center several years ago. She shared her knowledge and support on a regular basis. Always there to help those less fortunate than herself. She will be surely missed at the gym and throughout the community

Nika, I loved meeting your mom at your wedding so much. She was so kind, so positive, so energetic, so thoughtful. And then Nancy continued to write me personal notes on her annual Christmas card. It meant the world to me. She was such an incredible woman and she raised such a beautiful family. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to all of you.

Alex and I are deeply saddened by Nancy’s untimely passing. Nancy was able to touch so many lives, and her legacy is evidenced by knowing her family, children and grandchildren. Through her professional work she guided and helped many people to change their lives. Nancy’s life was centered around the Orthodox faith and her actions helped build and spread that faith. She always brought a positive and loving message in all of her encounters. Nancy’s memory will certainly be eternal.

Nancy was a good friend to me in high school and I remember her fondly, prayers and condolences to all her family and friends.

I was blessed to briefly reconnect with Nancy in September. She was still the beautiful soul I had always known her to be. I thank God for that brief reunion. She looked beautiful and vibrant. I was shocked to learn of her passing. I know she resides in eternal peace in the presence of our Lord and all her loved ones gone before. I am sure it’s a lively reunion. My friend Nancy was and is a Blessing from God to me. I will always remember her smile and the times we had together discussing health, nutrition and of course, our children.
