Nicholas "Nick" Formato of Broomall, PA, formerly of Overbrook, died on November 9, 2005.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Connie Fanelli; his loving daughters, Marie Santone David Kinee and Michelle Chambers Thomas; his adoring grandchildren, Heather, Cindy, Nikki, Ashley, Morgan, Thomas and great-grandchildren, Cierra, Hope and Nicholas. He is also survived by his devoted sisters, Tina Coladonato and Angelina Piccione and many loving nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Anthony and his sisters, Rose Domizio, Terri Bianco and Susan Formato.
