One of the original Aston families. Spent many days of our youth hanging out and having fun. Will miss Nicks service as we’ll be in Dallas for the Eagles game but rest assured we will raise a drink and toast Nick for a life well done. RIP brother!

Im very sorry to hear about Nick, my condolences to his beloved family and friends. I enjoyed our time working together at The Meat House, the various tasting of many dishes and the "that's pretty good" let me taste some more. Two of my fondest memories would be the night he was making liver and onions for his mother Anita, he gave me a piece to try and I said the flavor is good, I still don't like it. The other memory is the one Christmas most of the staff came together and I made him a "DOT" candy castle, man loved his candy. God bless my friend, you will be missed
