Patricia Ann “Patsy” Most

Most1938~2021Patricia Ann “Patsy” Campbell Most, 83, of Folcroft, PA died on Friday, July 2, 2021. Born June 16, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Campbell and Hazel Hunley Campbell of Altavista, VA. She was a graduate of Longwood College in Farmville, VA and worked as a gym teacher upon graduation before meeting and marrying Eugene Most. Together they moved to the Philadelphia area. Patricia was a devoted mother, sister, and grandmother. She loved vacationing with her family at Myrtle Beach, SC, enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, NJ, and hosted all of the holiday family gatherings. She grew up with strong family ties and loved going back home to Altavista. Her family meant everything to her, and she meant everything to her family. She was happiest when she had all her grandkids around her and spoiled them willingly. Patricia is survived by her five children, Michael Most and his wife Dawn of Wilmington, DE, Renee Rae and her husband Alex of Jenkintown, PA, Lisa D’Alessandris and her husband Walter of Upper Chichester, PA, Brian Most and Christopher Most of Folcroft, PA; two brothers,Ronald Campbell and his wife Sheila of Altavista, VA, Michael Campbell and his wife Sherry of Winston-Salem, NC; one sister, Sharon Kent and her husband Gordon of Hurt, VA; 8 grandchildren, Michele Harkins, Marissa Most, Amanda Most, Alex Rae, Joshua Rae, Jessica Harkins, Jennifer Rae, and Kimberly Rae.
