Paul A., Jr., age 74, on February 23, 2025, of Upper Darby, PA, formerly of 49^th St. West Philadelphia, Overbrook, PA.

Paul proudly owned and founded Cozzi Jewelers for 35 years. Originally located in Havertown, currently located in Newtown Square, PA. He was a master jewelry designer and diamond expert. His specialty was custom designs. He loved bringing people jewelry ideas to life. He was proud to say he started the business on foot before establishing the Havertown location in July 1990. Paul had many careers as he was a wedding photographer, another passion that loved. He worked at DAnjolell Memorial Home and was also proud to have worked for Bob, Sr. Paul was a bartender for 23 years at the Overbrook Italian American Club. He got many clients from the club and even did jewelry sales from behind the bar.

Paul loved music and listen to Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis, and loved listening to mob hits CD’s. His other passions were good Italian food. Most of all, his biggest was his family and smiling and laughing. A true gem himself was one of a kind that touched everyone deeply he came in contact with. Paul enjoyed fishing, pool, darts, horseshoes, and watching WWF. Paul had a strong love for his animals too, Dynamite, Cupid, and Rosie.

Predeceased by his wife, Geraldine “Gerri” (nee Gonnella), and his parents, Yolanda (nee Perazzo) and Paul A. Cozzi, Sr.

Survived by his children, Christy Cozzi and Paul A Cozzi III (Danielle), , his loving grandchildren, Ariana Solomon and Vera Cozzi, his 10-year companion, Fran Diegnan, his sister, Lorraine Varallo (Nick), his niece, Lorraine Sorokin (Albert), and his great-niece, Ayla Sorokin.

Relatives & friends are invited to his Viewing Sunday, March 2^nd 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Monday, March 3^rd 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM at the DAnjolell Memorial Home of Broomall 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008 followed by his Funeral Mass 10:00 at St. Pius X Church 220 Lawrence Rd, Broomall, PA 19008. Interment Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.

We pray for your family as you celebrate you dad's life. Cling to the many memories you have from living with this great man, during these next few months.

Paul will always be so special to me and my family as the very best friend we could ever hope to have . I will always remember Paul as a " Big Brother ", as he and my older Brother Vinny were the very , very best of friends way back in the early days in Upper Darby and Meadowbrook Rd. I will always remember how kind Paul was to me at an early age growing up . Always a smile and a laugh , and always took my side when my Big Brother would get mad at me ..Thanks Paul ! Paul , was the type of man , we should all strive to be . A True Patriarch, who believed in Family, Faith and Hard work . To see what he accomplished in life is really something to behold and be extremely proud of ! Paul was indeed a " Great Man ", and though I'm saddened today by his loss , I am consoled by knowing that he is in heaven with my Brother this very day , and my guess is that Vin is still trying to take Paul's money in a highly competitive game of Pool ! Rest Peacefully my Brother and thank you for your friendship that will always be treasured !

I am very sorry to hear of Paul's passing, I remember him coming in to the Bank in Havertown and how pleasant and kind he was. He was one of the nicest guys I ever met. RIP.

May Paul forever be remembered by the love he impacted on others. Him and My Dad Vince Onorato were great friends. I know their dancing on streets of gold now in heaven together. Resting.

I didn’t know your Dad personally, but I certainly did use his services at his jewelry store. He had a beautiful pendant made for me with my grandmother‘s diamond From her engagement ring. I wear it every single day and it’s very meaningful. He was a pleasure to work with my condolences to your family.

Our family has many great memories of the Cozzi family. Paul Cozzi III grew up with my son and was a fixture in our home. He raised a well mannered, intelligent and kind man. Mr.Cozzi was funny, compassionate and generous. Many milestones in our family have been marked by Cozzi Jewelry. Engagements, graduations, Christmas’s etc. These memories were made even more special because of Paul and his dedication to making dreams come true. He was always willing to help. I see all of the outstanding qualities Paul had in his son who is grown up with a beautiful wife and daughter. I am sure his legacy will continue and his memory be forever alive in all of the thousands of lives he touched. God Bless and comfort his family and bring peace to their hearts during this sad time. We will meet again at the pearly gates and stroll the streets of gold. I bet Paul is already making improvements and designing his new neighborhood. ♥️

I knew a Cozzi family on Farson St. I was a close friend of Phyllis Cozzi, and her family.

I met Mr. Cozzi and his son Paul when they generously donated to a charity event we had for a young boy who was severely injured in an accident. Mr. Cozzi was an extremely generous, kind & humble man. I am extremely grateful for his generosity. RIP

Paul always and I mean always had a smile on his face. He was a true gentleman in every aspect of his life with a heart of gold. I truly enjoyed our conversations we had when we were together. My deepest condolences to the entire Cozzi family. Rest in peace my friend

We always enjoyed Paul and his Family on our visits to Cozzi Jewelry. We remember the Havertown store, but the Newtown Square is where Paul and his Family helped us through our Mother's jewelry when she passed. He always had a smile and was very curious about how our lives were. He will be missed!

Paul was one of my favorite people to speak with. He always had unique ideas . Often i couldn’t say no to his requests. Even though he was a ‘tenant’ and i, his ‘landlord’, i more considered him a trusted friend. He passed many of his wonderful qualities to his son.

I remember 22 years ago when I became a neighbor to ur family how open and welcoming Paul Sr. was to me and until his passing remained such a kind and generous man who always had time to speak with me whenever we saw each other in passing. I have come to love the entire Cozzi family dearly and I especially cherish my close bond with Christy and her daughter Ariana she continued in her father's absence to always have time to talk with me. It will always be one of my most fondest memories living in this home the many nights Christy and I would always see each each other when we let our dogs out back. I always knew if I needed some kind words or help of any kind I could always catch Christy when she let her dogs out every night. The Cozzi family has truly gained an angel that will always guide and watch over them proudly. I can only hope that by living so close to Christy that he can watch over my daughter and I as well.
