So very sorry to hear your dad passed away. He was my first cousin, my dad Sam and his mother Theresa were siblings. Although he was 15 years older than me, I have memories of him in his Navy uniform coming to Grandma Celano’s. He would have been in my late sister Michele’s company and cousins Joe and Michael Luterzo (sons of Josephine) more often at grandma and grandpa Celano’s. Through the years he would come to Dunmore along with you and your mom. My mom Sarah, along with Aunt Frances, Aunt Angie and Uncle Bob , Judy and David Klein and myself would also visit. After his mom passed away we lost touch. Looking at his picture there is such a strong resemblance to Aunt Theresa and several Celano family cousins. Sending condolences for his loss, today January 9, is the anniversary of his mother’s passing in 1999.May you all find peace , strength and comfort in trusting that all his suffering is now turned to eternal peace. With Sincere Sympathy, Maria Celano Szewczyk

I got to know Mr. Evans (and Mrs. Evans) well as a young adult when I was good friends with Paul and Michael. He was always so kind and welcoming every time we descended upon their house to hang out. My deepest sympathies to his family and all who knew and loved him.

Starting in 7th grade, I spent just as much time at Mr. Evans' house as I did at my own. It's not lost on me that I turned out okay from being fortunate enough to have another set of adults keeping me out of trouble. My wife Jill and I are holding the family in our thoughts and prayers as they deal with such a heavy loss. Godspeed, Sir.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
