She was always so sweet to us whenever we saw her through the years. So proud of her work for community organizations and more so to witness her dedication as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother - and wife. Rest in peace. ❤️

Cynthia and I enjoyed meeting Phyllis when we retired to Stone Harbor. We lived on 110th street and spent many Monday afternoons enjoying picking up Phyllis for bridge at the civic center. We also spent fun afternoons with Phyllis at the American Legion playing Bingo. She was such a super pleasure to be in her presence. We now live in South Carolina. Our best wishes go out to her family.
