Rita Y. Zacny nee Franchi of Philadelphia, PA, died on January 12 2006.

She was the beloved wife of the late Edward T. and loving mother of Carol Ann Cassidy Pat and Robert Zacny; adoring grandmother of Patrick, Ryan and Brett Cassidy; devoted sister of Mario Franchi Jean, Marie Ipri Armond, the late Armand Franchi Mary and the late Fred Franchi Rita. She is also survived by her cherished sister-in-law, Jean Zacny.
