Robert J. “Ewey” Ewing, age 72, passed away on January 28, 2024 surrounded by his family. Bob was born on March 28, 1951 in West Philadelphia. Survived by his loving wife, Maria, they were married for 52 years and resided in Broomall, Pa.

Bob was the son of the late Marie (nee Snyder) and Samuel Ewing and brother of the late Samuel, Raymond, Theresa, Catherine, and Loretta.

Bob loved spending his time fishing and boating, including many summers in Sea Isle with his grandkids. He enjoyed listening to Jimmy Buffet while watching the sunset from the dock of the bay. Bob worked as a mechanic and owned Bob’s Import Service in Darby, Pa. Together since they were teenagers, Bob and Maria built a wonderful life together, always surrounded by family.

Survived by his wife Maria (nee Lawn), his daughters Nicole (Carmen) Brango and Adrienne (Michael) Domizio, and his 6 grandchildren: Abbigail, Adam, Benjamin, Vivienne, Michael, and Maxwell. He was also survived by his sister Marie (John) Flite and many loving nieces and nephews.”

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Saturday Morning, Feb. 3 from 8:30 -9:45 a.m. followed by his Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m. in the Main Chapel of The D’Anjolell Memorial Home of Broomall, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008. Interment Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
