Robert, “Bob” age 88, on November 24, 2022, of Downingtown, PA.

Bob loved sports, played baseball and basketball in his early years, and was a fast-pitch softball pitcher in his adult years, he was also an avid golfer. Bob was very social and kept in touch with many of his retired Boeing co-workers and friends. He adored and was very proud of his whole family.

Predeceased by his daughter Christine, his sisters Patricia O’Mara, Frances O’Brien (Charles), Olga Frew (Warren), Rita Gailey (Frank), and his brother Jack (Agnes).

Survived by his wife, Margaret, his children, Robert J. Jr. (fiancé Nancy), Marie Sylvester (Butch), and Joan McGlinn (Colby). Also, his 8 grandchildren, Bryan (Liz), Kim (Curt), Eric (Allysa), Melissa, Jessica, Kyle, Robbie, and Andrew; and his 6 great-grandchildren, Hailey, Logan, Bella, Lucas, Skylar, and Kai. Along with his brother, Jim (Georgette), and sisters Dolores (the late Mickey), Betty (the late Vince).

Relatives & friends are invited to his visitation Thursday, December 1^st 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM followed by his Funeral Mass 11:00 AM ALL IN CHURCH at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church 1105 E. Lincoln Hwy, Exton, PA. Interment, St. Agnes Cemetery 1050 Pottstown Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.

Dot and I will sure miss Bob at our occasional reunions in the Concordville restaurant. Bob was a major part of our St. James church basketball team when we won the church league championship. Yes, Bob was a champ, on the court and in life. It brings tears to my eyes to lose him, but I know he is in a better place. He was the best.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Mr. O’Mara. Bob Had a great sense of humor. He was always making someone smile. I loved the stories about the old days at Boeing..

Peg and family: We are saddened to hear of your loss. My greatest memory of Bob is when I took him for a ride in a glider. It was the longest I've ever kept the glider aloft and that was because we found a house on fire in Malvern and the heat soared us to 5000 feet. I remember Bob saying later "I got very tired flying around in circles!" I pray that Bob has now gone beyond 5000 feet!

To Peggy and the entire O'Mara family: We send our most heartfelt condolences to all of you at this time of Bob's passing. He and Peggy were our first cousins and were part of so many of the Corbi family events and memories. Still remember the day they were married and that celebration. May you be comforted by God's presence and the security that we receive through Christ Jesus and His promise of eternal life through Him. Our prayers are that you all will be blessed with the peace that passes all understanding at this difficult time. All our love and in memory of Bob, Cousins Tom and Jean Corbi and family

So sorry for the loss of Uncle Bob. He was a lot of fun and was there for me when I needed him. I have a lot of great memories of family get togethers. He always had a smile on his face and that is the way I will remember him.

Bob you will be missed. The lunches at Concordville Inn and the years at St. James were fun times. "RIP"

My condolences to the family, Bob was one of the good guys and I have fond memories of all of our golf trips to the Carolinas......rest in peace my friend.

Dear O'Mara family so sorry for your loss losing dad is a loss for all of us he was a great guy who was loved by everyone.
