Roy D. Heymann

HEYMANNRoy D. Heymann, 96, of Wynnewood, died on Friday March 24 at Plush Mills in Wallingford. Born in Connecticut on April 22, 1920, son of the late Roy and Bernice Heymann, he lived in Wynnewood since 1971. He played high school football for Paul Brown, graduated from Mercersburg Academy and Boston University, served as a paratrooper in the US Army, and pursued a lifelong career as an insurance executive. He was faithful member of All Saints Church until his death. He is survived by two children, Robert Heymann and Janice Urbans, their spouses Carolyn and Michael and four grandchildren Andrew, Allison, Douglas and Jay Heymann. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Barbara Norton. A memorial service will be held at All Saints Church, 1325 Montgomery Avenue, Wynnewood, PA 19096 on Friday June 16 @ 1pm with lite refreshments immediately following the service. Private graveside services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Watertown, CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to All Saints Church, 1325 Montgomery Avenue, Wynnewood, PA 19096.
