Sandra H. "Sandy" Meoli, nee Bandera a longtime resident of Society Hill in Philadelphia, died on Dec. 7, 2004. She was the loving mother of Christian J. Beverly Leech; devoted daughter of Bette nee Harris and the late Samuel Bandera "Dutch"; adoring grandmother of Kate Smeal and is also survived by her brothers, Donald and Kenneth Bandera.
