SheildsSarah S. Shields of Aston died peacefully at home on July 29, 2017.She was born on June 20, 1923 in Chester. She graduated Chester High School and Our Lady of Angels College now Neumann University. A devoted catholic she taught in Catholic Schools for 25 years, 17 of those in St. Joseph School. Sarah was an avid scrabble player and loved to travel. She visited Austria, Germany, Hungary and the Netherlands. She moved to Lutheran Knolls where she enjoyed many activities. There she lived independently with the assistances of caregivers Joyce Massey and Debbie Sutherland. Her life remained rich in love and laughter. Daughter of the late George & Sarah Stutz, sister of the late Lydia Kloehs, Elizabeth Downs, Esther Dugar. Survivors: Loving & devoted mother of Susanne (Eric) Noah, Christine (Anthony) Zovnic, Francis M. (Tem) Shields.
