Sidney “Sid” H., age 82, on October 14, 2026, of Village Walk Community Wellington, FL and Wildwood Crest, NJ.

Sidney enjoyed working in carpentry and was actively involved with homeowners’ associations in both Wildwood Crest, New Jersey, and Village Walk Wellington, Florida. Sidney had his master’s degree in chemistry, specializing in synthetic/radiochemistry; he had a long career at GlaxcoSmithKline, a pharmaceutical industry company, retiring in 2002. He was an avid Philadelphia Flyers fan as well as all Philadelphia sports teams.

Predeceased by his former wife, Barbara (nee Echtermeyer) Levinson, his parents, Bella (nee Greenberg) and Peter Levinson, and his stepmother, Ethel Packer.

Survived by his wife, Judith “Judy” M. (nee Mahler) Levinson, his in-laws, Diane Echtermeyer, Linda Callinan (Tom) and Harry Echtermeyer (Susan), and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Private Graveside Service at Roosevelt Memorial Park.

Sid taught me a lot in the short time i knew him. He was a gifted man. Wishing Judy especially my fond wishes at this time of loss.
