Theresa DiDomenicantonio

Loving sister, aunt and friend, Theresa (Terri) Di Domenicantonio passed away on August 5, 2022, at her home in Broomall, PA, almost exactly one year after her beloved brother Pat passed away on August 6, 2021. Terri was born on November 21, 1937, in Philadelphia, PA to Philomena and Fiori DiDomenicantonio. She was 84 years old.

Terri is preceded in death by her parents and her sisters Clara and Mary, and her brother Pat.

Terri is survived by her sister and best friend, Dora DiFruscio, who she lived with at the time of her passing. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who she happily spoiled and cherished.

Terri lived most of her life on 49th Street in West Philadelphia and was a very active parishioner of Old Lady of Angels Catholic Church. She is remembered in the neighborhood for her beautiful smile, kind heart and great sense of style. She was a dedicated employee for Action Supply Co where she worked as an administrative secretary for over 40 years.

Terri will also be remembered for her love of animals, especially cats. She always owned at least one cat, but she fostered and cared for many others in the neighborhood – making sure they were always fed and loved. Terri cared deeply about animal rescue, protection and placement, and was a lifetime supporter of the ASPCA.

There will be Funeral Mass celebrating Terri’s life at St. Pious X Catholic Church in Broomall, PA on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at 10:30 am. Visitation will take place at the church beginning at 9:30 am. Terri will be buried with her beloved mother, father and brother at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
