Thomas B. Foti Jr.

Thomas B Foti of Swarthmore, PA, was the son of  Gaetano (Tom) and Aida (Edith) Foti  and raised in South Philadelphia. A graduate of Southeast Catholic and Villanova University, Tom was an army veteran. He was a code expert and retired as a Colonel.

Working in the insurance industry, Tom won a number of awards for his customer service and excellence in his field.

Tom was married to Rita Prezio who was the love of his life. She passed away in 2010.

Tom loved his family, Philadelphia sports teams, classical music, and gardening. He was an avid reader and a “regular” at the Swarthmore library where he spent many hours.

Tom is predeceased by his sister Rita and brothers, Leonard and Frank. He is survived by his eight loving nieces and nephews and  remembered for his sense of humor and as a loving uncle.

A viewing will be held Monday March 25th from 12:00 to 12:45 pm at St Dorothy’s Church, Township Line and Burmont Road in Drexel Hill Pa.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 1 pm.

Entombment will follow at Fernwood Cemetery.
