He was the former owner of the Springfield Plastering Contractors.

He was the beloved husband of the late Anna nee Venini; loving father of Nicholas W. Pompo and Rosemarie Miller; adoring grandfather of Christine McCormick, Lisa Rooney, Dr. Joanna Wexler and Jennifer Miller. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great- grandchild.
