William R. "Bill" Lewis of Phila., died on September 6, 2004. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years Yolanda A. nee Agostini, his son William E. Sr. Mary, his grandchildren William E. Jr., Christian M., Angelina, Tamara and Alexandra; 7 great grandchildren, and his sister Anna Mae Gallagher.
